Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PostAndForget, operated by Zingaro AI. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

PostAndForget lets you connect social media accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and schedule and publish content to them.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.

• You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through PostAndForget.
• You grant us the limited rights needed to store and transmit your content to the platforms you connect, solely to provide the service.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to publish it.
• You must comply with the terms and policies of each social platform you connect.

You agree not to use PostAndForget to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content, to send spam, or to violate any platform’s rules or applicable law.

The service integrates with third-party platforms (such as Meta, LinkedIn and X). We are not responsible for those platforms, and their availability, terms and API changes are outside our control.

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay if you are billed in India, and through Dodo Payments otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zingaro AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a third-party platform’s action, downtime or content rejection.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
