Data Deletion

You can remove your data from PostAndForget at any time in one of these ways:

• Disconnect a channel. In the app, remove a connected account to delete the access tokens and account details we store for it.
• Delete your account. Deleting your account and workspace removes your profile, connected-account tokens, posts and uploaded media from our systems.
• Email us. Send a request to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion” from the email address on your account. We will delete your personal data within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

To revoke PostAndForget’s access from Meta’s side as well, open Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites (or Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites), find PostAndForget, and remove it. This instructs Meta to revoke the tokens issued to us. To also delete the data we already hold, use one of the methods above.

Your profile, the access tokens and identifiers for your connected accounts, your posts, schedules and uploaded media. We may retain a limited set of records where required for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes, for no longer than the law requires.
