Who it is for

Built for the way you already work

Founders and solo creators

You are the marketing team. Write a week in one sitting. The queue gets on with it. No four tabs. No reminder app.

Marketing teams

Several people on one account without the accidents. Nothing reaches a live audience before someone signs it off. Every change stays on the record.

See it in action

Four screens, one pipeline

Click through the route a post takes. The API and the agent take the same one.

AI and automation

Set it up once, stop watching it

The jobs you would otherwise be doing by hand at nine every morning

An agent that works your queue

Ask for a week of posts from your changelog. Or a reshuffle around a launch. Or a rewrite in your own voice. It drafts and you approve.

RSS to drafts

Point it at a feed. Every new entry becomes a reviewable draft templated the way you want it.

Triggers and webhooks

Fire a notification or a signed webhook the moment a post publishes or fails or needs approval.

AI images and video

Generate artwork and short video straight into your media library ready to attach.

Everything in one place

Everything a publishing team needs

No bolt-on spreadsheet. No second approval tool. No separate analytics login

One calendar for every channel

Drafts and scheduled posts and everything already published side by side. Click an empty slot to write for that time. Drag a post to move it.

An agent on your queue

Describe a week of posts and it drafts them for every channel you pick. They go to review and never straight to a live account.

Draft next week from our changelog
Five drafts queued for review.

Write once and fit every network

One idea reshaped per channel. Length and media and the settings each network insists on. All checked before you schedule.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Not covered here? Every plan includes email support from the people who build it.

Which networks can I publish to?

LinkedIn and Facebook Pages and Instagram and X are live today. Threads and YouTube and TikTok and Pinterest and Google Business and Telegram are built into the engine. Each rolls out as that platform completes its own app review. Any other destination can receive a signed webhook.

Do I need a Facebook or Instagram developer account?

No. PostAndForget is reviewed and approved by Meta for Page and Instagram publishing. You connect your own Page the way you connect any app. One consent screen. No developer setup. No waiting on a review of your own.

What happens when a post fails to publish?

The post is marked failed with the platform's own error. The rest of the group still goes out and you get a notification. Nothing is retried silently in a way that could double-post. Every attempt lands in the audit history.

Can I try it without posting anything for real?

Yes. Dry-run mode runs the whole pipeline including scheduling and per-channel adaptation. It stops short of the network call. That is the safe way to rehearse a launch or test an automation.

How does the AI agent work?

Describe what you want in plain language. The agent drafts and adapts and schedules it for you. It cannot publish anything that has not been approved under your workspace rules. Every action it takes is attributed to it in the audit log.

What exactly do you charge for?

A flat monthly or yearly price per workspace set by connected channels and team members. Publishing is included everywhere except X. X charges per post so that cost is passed through against a budget you set.

Can I manage several brands or clients from one account?

Yes. Group channels into customers and each group keeps its own calendar and approvals. Agencies on the Pro plan usually run one workspace with a customer per client.

Does it post to all channels at the same time?

It can but it does not have to. One draft fans out to the channels you pick. Each gets its own text and media and time. The LinkedIn version can go out at nine and the Instagram cut at six from the same idea.

Can posts repeat on a schedule?

Yes. Daily or weekly or fortnightly or monthly for a set number of times. Useful for evergreen content you want back in rotation without rebuilding it.

Who can see and approve what?

The roles are owner and admin and editor and approver and viewer. An editor writes and schedules. An approver signs off. A viewer only reads. You can require approval before anything reaches a live account.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for and nothing is deleted when you cancel. You can export or request deletion of your workspace at any time from the data deletion page.
